Secret plot. The third film in the « 28 Days Later » franchise.. Originally, the sequel was to be titled « 28 Months Later », continuing the film’s title motif, established in the timeline. However, after so much time had passed since we last returned to this world in 2007 (28 Weeks Later), it was deemed more appropriate to call the film « 28 Years Later ». Followed by 28 Years Later Part II: The Bone. Temple
