I liked it a lot
I was prepared to dislike this Dexter reboot, because 'Dexter: New Blood' atrociously bad servant. Horrible! But to my great surprise: I liked it.
The new cast is solid
Patrick Gibson is very believable as young Dexter, as is Molly Brown as obnoxious Deb. Alex Shimizu nails Vince Masuka; even the goofy laugh. Christian Slater (Harry) lacks James Remar’s charm, but it’s only the first episode.

There is no Tom Matthews, instead we get a new character (Capt. Michael C. Hall is back, too, as the narrator, but he doesn’t sound the same.

Contrary to what I thought it would be one and done, I look forward to watching the rest of this latest Dexter incarnation.. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
