A horror web series crew travels to an abandoned asylum for a live broadcast
They soon encounter much more than they bargained for as they move deeper into the nightmarish old building. The filmmakers were unable to get permission from the South Korean government to film in the actual hospital, so the scenes set in Gonjiam were actually filmed at the National Naval Academy in Busan, with the production team adhering closely to the hospital’s floor plan to recreate the exact exterior and hallways…

Charlotte keeps looking away when the group is outside the hospital. She’s clearly responding as she smiles at whoever it is.
The production is good
It’s well-paced and just the right length. The actors are competent.
There are some really tense and scary moments
And most importantly, the third act doesn’t disappoint, drag, or get weird on its own. But yes, rethink the high-heeled boots if you’re ever invited to a live-streamed haunted horror adventure at a location highly rated by a cable news channel.
